A private mastermind + coaching circle for women founders and wellness practitioners who are brilliant at the work and done figuring out the business alone. Founding spots are limited to 25, and the founding rate is locked in for as long as you're a member.

Well Found Women is launching as a place where women come to me and say, "I don't even know what I need. Who can help me?" There's no public directory and no endless scroll of strangers. When I make a referral, it's to someone I know personally.
That's you.
The Founders Circle is my private referral network. When a woman needs a practitioner with your gifts, you're who I think of first, because I actually know you, your work, and your heart.
(Not a practitioner who takes clients? You're still so welcome here. Plenty of our founders join purely for the mastermind, coaching and community.)

Hi, I'm Kristin Gauthier, RN, MSN, CHt.
I've spent 26 years in healthcare, including acute care, home health, elder services, and public health. I'm also a certified life and success coach and hypnotherapist, and I've built my own business from the ground up since 2018.
In 2020, I was the patient no one could figure out. I had to become my own detective to find my way back to health. That experience taught me two things: women need better guides, and the women who ARE those guides deserve to be found.
The Founders Circle is where I bring everything I know, from nursing, coaching, and inner work, to help you build a business that's healthy all the way through.

You'll fill out a short application, and then we'll hop on a quick call to make sure the Circle is the right fit for you (and that you're the right fit for it). No pressure!

Founding members begin in November 2026. Our first calls kick off as soon as the founding group is in place. You will have resources, support, community and open to referrals as soon as you join!

Nope. Referrals are available to eligible practitioners, but plenty of founders join for the coaching and community alone.

Referrals are an included benefit of membership. I match women based on fit, meaning their needs, location, and preferences, so they're never guaranteed in number. Practitioners in the referral network are vetted, including license verification where it applies.

No, and that's on purpose. Well Found is a trusted inner circle, not a listing site. Think of a hospital's preferred referral list, only warmer, with better snacks.

Yes, you can cancel anytime. When you cancel your end date will be the date you are paid up to.
